I have been well cared for by this dentist and his staff.

Dr. Oueis' office keeps calling and calling me to book an appointment, although I told them every time that I've changed job and won't be covered for a few months. Every time they apologize and assure me they've put a note in their system to that effect, but they keep calling nonetheless almost every month. I don't know if they have financial issues, but in the last year, they've been very eager to book appointments and to suggest unnecessary treatments (like sealing my son's baby molar when he's never had a cavity). I'm starting to lose my confidence in their ability to truly care for their patients.

Was given several different estimates . computer did not work .problem after problem . This dentist office is after one thing YOUR MONEY !! STAY AWAY !!

Filling fell out after one week, they tried to charge me again. Assistants don't know all the right meds and tools when asked by the dentist. Ended up in hospital with an infection. Stay clear!

Very good and friendly service. I would highly recommend this dentistry to other people.

Was recommended to come to this office by a friend, BIG MISTAKE!! I was kept waiting in the waiting room for 15mins before even being acknowledged.They brought me in 20 mins late!!Found the place to very unorganized!! Everyone was scattering around and no one knew what they were doing!! DEFINITELY, would NOT recommend my friends to go there!!

Great doctor, gentle and knowledgeable; great staff, welcoming and very helpful; beautiful, modern offices.

I came early and on time for an appointment one day and yet waited 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. That is how late the hygenist was. I didn't get my fees reduced but if I was late, they would charge fees. Doesn't make equal sense.

Found Dr John Oueis & Associates through the yellow pages with the help of an OT. From the very first time,they treated me with respect and dignity. Being a bit sensitive to anyone touching my mouth,the doctors(there were two) who did a root canal etc and I was able to drink coffee after this! Simply amazing,been to many dentists in my life,but this one tops the charts!! when I was looking for a dentist,all my friends stated,nope sorry cant help you,they had not received any dentistry without horror stories attached,so I wanted to share my experience..If you are like me,scared blankless of dentists,let them know,they will go out of their way to make you comfortable,all the staff..and great coffee too!!
