My appointment at Dr. Darrow's office was such a disappointment. We waited FOREVER. Once we were seen we were met by a medical student who did not introduce themselves. After discussing our concern Dr. Darrow came in (at least I assume it was him based on pictures and his badge..he also did not introduce himself). After a quick examination and chat he was on his way. He did not listen to our concerns whatsoever and seemed completely dismissive. There are other ENTs...I suggest finding one of them!

Dr Darrow is very knowledgeable and very good with kids. Great doc!
