Ratings for Dr. Diaa Mansy
Very very helpful Dr., the heart illness of my husband was diagnosed within the appropriate time. And my husband life was saved. Although the emergency care didn't give us the impression that my husband's condition is serious, but he was evaluated and pushed by Dr. Mansy to start the treatment and to see the heart Dr. Urgently. And thank God, my husband is fine and stable now. God bless.
Excellent doctor. Very thorough, doesn't make you feel like you need to rush through your appointment. This is a drop-in clinic as well, so it is best to make an appointment. Even with an appointment, there is usually a 30-45 minute wait which is usually due to emergency drop-ins putting him behind. Very kind and helpful, will offer suggestions before pushing pills, and will sometimes provide samples. Takes family history into consideration when ordering annual blood work, being proactive and thorough in order to catch any issues early when they are more easily treated. Being a good patient is helpful as well.
An excellent doctor that truly cares for his patients. He takes the time to listen to his patients with an openness rarely seen. Have been with him since he took over this practice from my previous Doctor who, unfortunately, passed away. Dr. Mansy is an excellent diagnosticion.
This doctor (and his clinic) is a relic and belongs to the dark ages. The staff is nice, but deceiving. They will tell you that there's only 4 patients before you, yet somehow you'll end up waiting for 3.5 hours. In a horribly dated clinic, with no air conditioning, full of dirty chairs and other patients. Some of whom storm out because it's ridiculous to mislead people into waiting this long. His dated office room is obviously geared towards the religious folk. He has religious paraphernalia from Christianity to Islam. It looks like an altar with a big picture of him in the corner and an old glued together marble nameplate on his desk. As if patients are meant to feel that they are about to be graced with a presence of a messiah. As for Dr. Diaa Mansy himself, he non-nonchalantly makes culturally and age insensitive comments and tells you to come back. All of it makes for a rather tiring, grotesque, but entertaining experience. Not to be repeated.
Appointment times vary there is always 45 - 60 minute waiting time. He seems to want to give you pills allot, you can state your medical problem and without looking at you he writes up a prescription. He has even given me a prescriptions that had pencillin in it of which I have an allergy to. His focus seems to be elsewhere and not on the patient at that moment. Needless to say I'm looking for a new Doctor
