Dr MacDonald is amazing! She seen my daughter and assessed her right away! Very thorough and caring.

Rushes through appointments. The longest appointment I've had lasted 4 minutes. On average, most appointments are under 3 minutes! Doesn't listen. Too concerned with getting off the phone as quickly as possible. Unconcerned about the wellbeing of her patients. No urgency to find treatment. Encouraging words like "hang in there" is all that is offered.

Maybe she can let everyone know about project Lazarus people in chronic pain are suffering because of her community plan they go under medicated but at least dr Macdonald got her name in the news

She is very modest about her medical knowledge and researches information while you are in her office if she needs clarification. She listens and acknowledges symptoms.

Dr. Rhea is amazing, I feel so blessed to have her on as my Doctor here on Cape Breton Island. She is genuinly interested in her patients and has a wonderful bedside manner.. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a forward thinking MD who is down to earth and very easy to speak to.
