I requested 300 cc's for my breast augmentation, or a C cup. I was given 400 cc's and ended up a D cup. I started off as an A cup. My skin was stretched so much that it was lifted away from my sternum and took weeks to settle. Also, my areolas increased tremendously in size due to the skin stretching. These are just a few reasons that I requested 300 cc's. My incision was underneath my areola, and everything has stretched so much that I have bad scars in the middle of my areolas. My stretched areolas and very visible scars make me self conscious. I have to say that I was happy with the symmetrical shape, but they were symmetrical before surgery as well. I'd also like to state that I haven't gained ANY weight. All of the stretching was due to my skin being stretched too much, too quickly. I'm not sure if any of this is normal for a breast augmentation, but after doing research and taking to several friends with implants, it doesn't seem to be normal.

Dr. Roche recently performed a breast augmentation surgery on me and I just had to post because I had a wonderful experience. From my first consultation to my 3 month post-op (today as a matter of fact) he and his staff have been nothing less than attentive to my questions (in and out of the office), make me feel like I am their only patient and continue to provide excellent surgical care. My breasts look stunning- they are the perfect size for my frame and feel very soft and natural. I have the gummy bears, 405cc's. I really couldn't be happier with my results, their treatment and professionalism, and Dr. Roche's skill as a surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Roche and his staff.

DR. ROCHE BOTCHED ME! Please stay as far away as possible! This is the biggest mistake I've made in life, my body is deformed and I will need an additional surgery to fix what Dr. Roche did to me. Dr. Roche promise me he could achieve the results that I wanted, he talked to me for an hour and made me feel like I could trust him. On the day of the surgery he had his assistant (with no formal education) mark up my body, how does she know where to mark your body at? Now I have to pay another surgeon to fix what he did to me. Please save your time and money, and RUN!!!

I was very displeased with Dr. Roche and the consultation. I went in to get a consultation on one procedure, and would not give me a quote for that - but insisted I also "needed" two other procedures, jacking price up by thousands. He also insulted my weight during the appointment...not professional at all. His office was dated, and did not make me feel comfortable with his office, and can only imagine what the procedural area looked like. Hard pass on this surgeon.

The staff at Dr. Roches office always make me feel comfortable and at home. Dr. Roche is so knowledgeable and artist. He has made me feel more beautiful being in my sixties than any other time in my life. I'm so thankful I found him !

I had liposuction performed on my trunk area. In 17 days, I saw a huge difference. I lost almost 4" and I still have a lot of swelling. The staff is always friendly and welcoming ... AND they are easy to joke around with. Dr. Roche cares about his work, his patients, and his reputation. He clearly states the risk factors prior to every procedure AND he asks the patient several times throughout the consultation if they have any questions. In fact, at every appointment, the staff asks you if you have any questions or concerns. (If you don't speak up, that's your problem. IMHO - Waiting to complain about Dr. Roche on here is shameful, if you haven't addressed the concern with him first.) I would, without a doubt, recommend Dr. Roche to anyone and everyone I know. I have fun going to my appointments, because the atmosphere and staff are always cheerful. Special thanks to Tracy and Amanda, CRNA for letting my husband and I pick on you!!

I had lipo on my abdomen as well as breast augmentation. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful! Dr. Roche also was very honest and did a great job. I would highly recommend this office to others for their procedures.
