This man wanted to pull an abcessed tooth without any premedication. I have a heart murmur and required antibiotics prior to any dental procedure, including minor ones.

Here's a guy who could use some manners. Really poor attitude. Treats his staff like dogs. I wouldn't go back if it was free.
