Nilesh Gokal Clinic Henderson

I began receiving monthly phone calls and letters from a Doctor Nelish (Neil) Gokals office from Southwest Medical (SoW) saying he was my doctor and I needed to make an appointment. I didn't know this doctor so I contacted Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid and they verified there were no records of me knowing or being treated by Dr Gokal. For SIX YEARS I've complained to SouthWest Medical that their doctor has no right to be in or to share my medical records with his staff and they've ignored me. For SIX YEARS I've complained to United HealthCare Medicare Advantage Focus and they've said, I need to change doctors.
