I had the WORST experience with the office manager at this doctor's office!!! My kids have been patients at CS for over ten years, and I have never received treatment like this before. Yesterday, I called to make an appointment for my son, and the receptionist informed me I could come in an hour later, but I wouldn't have been able to make it in time. We ended up scheduling the appointment for the following day. I had to call to see if I could reschedule for Monday, due to my son having a food drive at his school for Thanksgiving. The receptionist told me that I would have to call back on Monday to schedule that appointment. I didn't understand; just 15 hours earlier, I was able to schedule for the next day. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came on the phone and told me that he has new staff, and they didn't do their jobs right by allowing me to make a next-day appointment. Since my son hasn't been seen since 2019, he is no longer considered a patient. I told him it was during COVID, and all his shots were up to date, so I understand this policy. He then said to stop cutting him off and that my kids are no longer patients there and to find somewhere else to go. I asked for his name, and he hung up on me. I can't believe CS is letting their business be run by people with poor training, running it into the ground. The sad part is the doctors are really nice and friendly.
