PARKWAY PATHOLOGY GROUP

I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional as Parkway Pathology. I work in a billing department and Parkway Pathology never did their due diligence to inform me of a past due balance. I never received a bill, a phone call, an email, or even a single piece of mail from them regarding a balance. The first time I even learned that I owed anything was when I received a text by a collections agency. When I called to see if it was real, their only response was, “We sent mail.” Clearly, nothing was ever received, and they offered no help or concern whatsoever. They made it very obvious they don’t care

This company would rather send a small balance to Collection rather than the secondary insurance Company or resolve it with th patient. Avoid them if you can!

Impossible to reach. Billing dept is a joke. Only found out about the bill from collection agency- seems Im not the first by all the Google reviews. Oh, and to find a phone number? Extremely difficult. Let me spare you the time digging- 855-696-9618

This is an evil piece of s**t company. Anyone who thinks it’s ok to send a small bill that’s only a few months old to collections after only a few months needs to excuse themselves from civil society because they are heartless careless drains on society. Please go die.
