Worst health care provider I’ve ever experienced. Office manager is verbally abusive. After telling me her provider was “too busy to attend two appointments in a row” and then telling me to shut up, hanging up on me, refusing to provide my requested medical records, telling me to come in in person and then making me wait in excess of 45 minutes to bring me back and tell me I’ve been discharged for reporting her to my insurance company. Not to mention the filthy, outdated furniture and dead cockroaches you get to look at in the waiting room while you sit and wait for an hour to not be seen. I’ve gotten better medical care in 3rd world countries. Charging over 2k for a blood test? Do not recommend!

Filthy Office dead cockroaches on the floor, dirty furniture, wife office manager is verbally abusive. I was told my nurse practitioner could not show up to her appointments because she was too busy. happened twice in a row over the course of two weeks. When questioned. I was verbally abused by the office manager, wife and discharged. I was also given referrals that are not taking patients and this office is negligent. I would not recommend this is the worst doctor experience I’ve encountered in my life run fast.
