Transferring the whole family to Panacea O'Neill Medical Group. Dr Kealan has been the best! Highly recommend this medical group. They have been quick to schedule appointments, referrals, and lab results. They care about YOU the patient. So happy we found them.

I have been going to Dr. O'Neill for over 8 years. Since he has retired you do not see a Doctor any longer. You see a nurse. The nurse changed my meds 2 weeks ago and said if I had any issues to give them a call so I did. I asked if the nurse could give me a call back to see if it was ok to stop the medication that was not working and start taking the one I have been on that was working. I was told no, I would have to make an appointment for that. I find this very disturbing that I can not have a nurse call me back. I am looking for a new Medical Doctor. My health may not be very important to Panacea medical group but it is to me.

I called to make an appointment with Dr. O'Neill last week. In the exam room I realized Dr. O'Neill is no longer seeing patients. There is no notice by mail nor telling by the phone for changing doctor. The supervisor came in and showed me there is a notice on the exam room door. I found it very disrespectful to my knowledge that they changed doctors.

The Dr and nurses are great. The office staff needs work.
