I am shocked at how poorly run, unprofessional and disorganized this clinic is. And they can get away with it. There’s something really off.

terrible doctors, terrible staff - doesn't want to take accountability for not giving proper care

This place should be audited in every domain especially for patient care. Takes no accountability for follow-up or the wellbeing of the people in their care.

I love this clinic. It may take time to get in but well worth the wait. Very caring, they listen to concerns and go to the end of the earth to get the help required for your needs. Dr Flath and the rest of the Doctors are amazing!!!

It takes a month to get an appointment, even for a prescription refill. Good chance you won't see your regular doctor. That said, they are trying to serve as many people as they can. One in 5 Yukoners don't even have a doctor. Dr. Brehmer is my doctor. He is caring, smart and down to earth. The service is very good, it's just way too busy and it's not their fault. The desk staff are good as well. I agree that they do shut down the phones way before lunch (20 minutes for sure, today), and they should not do that or should post that lunch starts at 11:30 am, not noon. But hey, there's another clinic in town that doesn't answer their phone at all! In summary, I would not switch to any other clinic and am glad I have Dr. Brehmer at Klondyke!

Poor level of service, phones turned off at least 30 minutes before posted lunch hour.

The level of service at this clinic is very poor. Up to 3 week waiting period for appointments, unresponsive and unfriendly administration staff that turn phones off ahead of posted lunch hour. Doctors are typically personable, but the access to care makes it difficult for them to have a real relationship with the family.

Constant rotation of new and apathetic "doctors" who could care less if you died.

I have received a letter from Dr. Justine Fair telling me she is closing her practice as of May 8, 2021, that there is no replacement doctor for her patients and as of that date, after 9 years, I will no longer be welcome at the clinic. I am told to register with Yukon Health to go on a waiting list for another physician. I am in my late 60’s, in poor health and with several chronic diseases, including insulin dependent diabetes. I feel completely let down & abandoned. All of this after an entire year on only telephone consultations due to Coronavirus restrictions. I am shocked and offended by the absolute lack of professional care or concern. Deborah Howe
