I called today to receive a blood requisition and got an outgoing message with another doctor's name. The I went to google maps to see the phone number; it said the facility was Permanently Closed. My son has a thyroid issue. His prescription was adjusted by our family doctor - Ollegasagrem, after the new year, Ollegasagrem who is serving in Greystone Medical Clinic the early week of Jan 2022. Dr. Ollegasagrem called me saying that the new amount per pill is from 137mcg (old) to 125mcg(new) last week, and she informed me that the nurse at her front desk faxed the new prescription to our pharmacy already. When we were at the pharmacy two days ago, south COSTCO in Saskatoon, we were told by the pharmacy worker that they had two prescriptions, one is 125mcg, the other is 137mcg. The pharmacy didn't know which one is correct. We selected 125mcg on the message from our family doctor. Today, the pharmacy called us that they got a new prescription for my son on the same medicine at amount 137mcg. the new prescription is from another doctor in the same clinic, but not my family doctor. They suggested that I contact my family doctor to make sure which is correct. When I called in to talk to the front desk, the nurse refused rudely to tell me which prescription is the one we should take, only said the pharmacy knows that and asked us to ask the pharmacy if we had any questions. The nurse didn't show a professional attitude toward their patients, which made us a lot confused, we only want to know if my kid ate the wrong medicine or amount.
