Dr. Prasad saw my mother for issues surrounding dementia. His reception staff were accommodating as we had to reschedule a few times due to COVID related issues. When we finally made it to our appointment I was moved by the care and gentleness that they showed to both my mom and I. Dr. Prasad and the attending resident were kind and professional. Both took time to listen to stories about my mother before dementia, and were attentive to her mental well-being at present time. I was so pleased that our family doctor referred us to Dr. Prasad.
