Today, Dr. Harrick came in to see me on her day off!! I was blown away that my dentist, who is a busy women, made time to see me. Her new front receptionist was so nice on the phone and very professional. I noticed she was new because her old front staff barely knew I existed when I walked through the door. Kudos to Dr. Harrick for making a change. I've been going to Dr. Harrick for years and she truly has her patient's best interests in mind to provide better patient service!
