Dr. John Backler hooked me up to Dr. Richard Sheppard who 'saved my life'! After two other Cardiologists said NO Exercise - Dr. RS said -"You have a Runners heart" - Moderate Exercise is fine, and 5 years later - I'm deep into CrossFit and working out like a Pro! Love it!
