Institut Canadien d'Occlusion - Dr Alain Aubé

Very disappointed about the service. I received a night guard ($1500!) which broke after a couple of months when I tried to take it out of my mouth. Now I only have a 3/4 night guard and can not afford a new one. The clinic refused to help me out and asked for the full price again. It was not my fault that it broke, in my opinion it is not made strong enough. They asked me if it fell on the floor... they didn't believe me that it broke when I took it out. This is just a sign of bad fitting of the guard. I feel that overall I paid already way too much to begin with and would have expected better customer service for their products. Would not recommend.

J'aimerais mentionner que Dr Aubé m'a tellement aidé! J'ai commencé à avoir de grosses douleurs à la mâchoire, à la tête, au cou etc. Je bruxais énormément! Je me réveillais chaque matin comme si j'avais eu un gros accident... Énorme étourdissement, vertige, sensation de paralysie, migraine intense. J'ai vécu comme cela pendant 2 ans avant de connaître sa clinique. Et bien, grâce à sa plaque occlusale fonctionnelle que je porte depuis plus d'un an, j'ai pu arrêter ce processus et j'en suis très reconnaissante! Si ça peut aider quelqu'un... 🙏
