Dr. Dankoff in emergency was exceptional. I was brought in by ambulance, he assessed the medical emergency, fixed the problem, sent me for an X-ray, done within two hours. His extremely calm demeanour and command of the situation was very appreciated (I was petrified). My husband who was in the room the entire time said Dr.Dankoff and his team were incredible (I was out of it). Dr. Dankoff also arranged for a follow up with Dr. Rosen in orthopaedic surgery. Dr Rosen was very calm, kind and informative. Sonia, Rhona, Nicky, Jeremy (and another nurse, who’s name I forget, was standing behind Nicky during my first visit and immediately calmed me with her gentle touch to my arm) are the angels in that hospital. Their kindness knows no bounds! Dr. Rosen and the people that work within, are a shining example of what every department should be. Efficient, patient, attentive, compassionate, empathetic, accessible, dedicated! Thank you for the exceptional care you all provided!
