I experienced the most inhumane attitude ever with with clinic. I send them the referral from my family doctor and needed to see a gynecologist. I actually had several attempts to see my doctor but every time it was a fail. They said my doctor does not do routine exams, then what is the point of having your own gynecologist. This time I tried to solve a problem that was bothering me for a month, and as my family doctor could not solve it, he send me to gynecologist. I described the situation in my appointment request and they told me they have to triage it. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for their answer. they don't care about how you feel and don't give a s....t if it's an emergence and if the person is suffering. I did go to the emergency but there I was seen by a general doctor who is not an expert in gynecology and who cannot provide proper help. this is insane. I am desperate.

I showed up for my doctors appointment on time like usual only to find out the gyno dept is closed and someone should have or forgot to call to cancel my appointment. I've been taking enough days off work for this to happen. They would have charged me if I had. It shown up. Been waiting a month to hear my babies heartbeat. Now I have to keep waiting. HORRIBLE would not suggest you are not an actual patient to them.
