I had been waiting for this consultation for a long time and had many expectations. Then, the consultation took less than 5 minutes; he was rushed (although I'm sure I was his first patient of the day) and barely looked me in the eye. He might be very knowledgeable—I don't question that—but we, as patients, value a humane interaction. I didn't feel I got that with Dr. Benzaquen.
