Trying to get an urgent appointment for a follow up on medication prescribed that isn't appropriate? Yes, we'll get you a phone appointment in...... 3+ weeks.... Want a face to face appointment? Sure let me look.... Oh sorry there isn't anything, can you call next week because her schedule for the coming month starting in 40 days should be out. Calling next Monday? Well it's not out yet, call next Monday. So right now, I've called three weeks in a row and still don't have an appointment and can't have one. They use an appointment system that doesn't work without Face to face appointments available with my family dr. Want an appointment for the walk-in clinic? Go on the website at 8:30PM and try to get an appointment. Don't log in at 8:35... Never anything left. I've logged on 3 times before 8:30 and refreshed the page until it would show available appointments for the next day but that never happened and can't get an appointment there either. Called and they told me they can't help, I have to get an appointment on there or I can show up in the morning because then they'll give appointments but it's first come first served. Any guarantee I'll get an appointment early even if I'm the first one because I live almost an hour away? No guarantee, they'll give appointments from what they have available on the schedule.
