My first time getting prescription glasses and I was unsure of how to proceed. Madam Grece quickly allayed my anxiety and patiently explained the process to me. She took her time to find out my likes and dislikes and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I had planned to visit 3 stores before making a decision but I walked out feeling comfortable with the selection and price I had made. I'm looking forward to my first pair of glasses! Eye exam was good, but store and technical staff had trouble understanding the prescription and made it totally wrong on the first two tries. I am going back Monday, Oct 4th to get their 3rd effort - TWO FULL MONTHS AFTER THE EYE EXAM. The pricing was reasonable, but it appears this was only because they didn’t properly understand the prescription. When the first set of glasses was ready, but wrong, they tried to increase the price. I refused strongly and they agreed to respect the original price. Here’s hoping that the 3rd time is a charm!
