wait time to see doctor is always over an hour- visit time is always short - staff never answers phone -sometimes you book with doctor you end up seeing the nurse !

Dr. Satz is been my doctor for about a year now and im so blessed to have found her. shes very helpful and very easy to speak to. Her nurse Kim is great as well. i highly recommend this doctor.

I went to the clinic as I was beginning to develop a dry hack, pain in my ears, heavy chest and I felt like I was on fire. Neither the dr or her assistant asked me what medication I was currently taking. They checked my oxygen and lungs and wrote me a script for robitussin with Codiene. Despite telling the dr I had ear pain she never checked my ears or throat. When I told her I felt like I was on fire I was dismissed and told “yah, you probably do”. I went home and checked my own temperature. When I got the medication I read about it and learnt that 4 of my medications had severe interactions. Needless to say I never took what she gave me. I hope this isn’t the future of our healthcare. I truly hope this was a bad day for her and she doesn’t conduct all her assessments in a similar manner. This was unacceptable. Her dismissal towards me could have cause serious side effects including death.

Dr. Satz is very friendly and also available. You don't have wait a long time for appointments and I love the fact that Tuesdays are clinic days.

Absolutely Love Dr.Satz. We've been in Windsor 2 years seeking a reliable good Doc. She's amazing, thorough and sense of humour too!. We don't want to refer her because we don't want her too busy so that we have to wait to get in to see her! :)
