I have absolutely no problem with this facility and my Doctor is the best (Dr Bell) I thank God for her. She doesn’t give up on people especially when she would have every right to. I know she added years to my life because she refused to give up on me quitting smoking (10 years now) Anyone who has bad to say about her obviously did not get their way with her.

Doctors are moving out. Why? Now I cannot get the portal to load to make an appointment. Have to phone & wait a long time for them to answer. The Boardwalk was an ideal location. fed up.

This is the worst medical office on earth. The front desk people are rude, no communication skills, rudeness, careless. The doctors are almost invisible. They don't see your family doctors when you really need her/him. Instate, you will see so-called Nurse Practitioner. The one that does not want to talk to you. Treated you worst than a criminal. Stay away from this place.

My advice, stay away from this place. Nothing about this office indicates they are the least bit interested in seeing patients. It's impossible to get through via phone, and when you do they're not really interested in talking with you--you are nothing more than a number after all. And my doctor, Dr. Zhao, bless her heart; she's a sweet lady, but I'm a 40yr old Black man and this woman is simply not equipped to deal with issues facing a man my age who wants to optimize his physical health. If I have a rash or something I suppose I could use this place as a middle man to get to some topical cream, otherwise, not worth the time.

Absolutely horrible service! I’ve been stuck here since 2014 and they just get worse and worse. The receptionists are beyond rude and snotty. It’s impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. You cannot get a same day appointment. Any time I have needed one I’ll sit on hold for over an hour and eventually hung up on. Every single visit i sit in the waiting room easily two hours or more past my appointment time and easily another hour in the exam room. I’ve been denied physicals and Pap smears for the past 5 years. I’ll book the appointment online, receive a date and then it gets cancelled the day before. My doctor only works one day a week so it’s a 3-4 month wait to see her. She’s very rude, complains about how she has to work through her lunch or do paperwork at home. I have a couple chronic illnesses and have had new issues lately. Due to covid we are forbidden from going to the office. Everything must be done online yet my requests for help have been ignored. I’ve been trying for 2 months to get help and ended up going to a walk in clinic. I was threatened to be fired for going there. Well if you won’t do your job and help me, I’ll go somewhere else. I’m glad I did because tests showed some serious problems that she ignored.

This clinic is poorly run. Never on time. If you book an appointment expect to wait at the very least 45 minutes to an hour plus, even if you are the first patient of the day - which is extremely disturbing. You can never get through on the phone. Either the phone is always busy or you sit in limbo. They have very limited times as well around being able to phone in. The virtual site does work however it is very impersonal and it was shutdown between Nov 2020 to Jan 6, 2021 due to Government funding - no notification of this taking place. Infact, the entire office shutdown for over a week during the holidays with no emails being forwarded out to patients and nothing posted on their website. It is very poorly run. Then they request you don't go to a walk-in clinic but who are you suppose to see if you need to speak with a Doctor? If you do have a Doctor you will never see them or speak with them as you will be directed to the Nurse Practicioner. Since being with this clinic I have had 4 Doctors. One of which would complain to me about how busy she was and how she had to answer emails off hours at night. Find another clinic if you can. Or just use the Walk-In clinic - you will get better assistance there.

The service is terrible. Doctor doesn't care. Office staff can't seem to handle the volume.

This is a difficult one, as my doctor (Dr Zhao) is wonderful. She is hard working, knowledgeable, helpful, and really seems to care. I'm thankful to have found her. The admin side of things is there the problem lies. Referrals to specialists don't seem to get sent in unless you call and follow up and specifically ask them to send it, the "patient number" system feels very cold and impersonal, when there was in person appointments, you would sometimes stand at the front desk for quite some time before someone showed up to check you in (there were times I arrived on time for my appointment, and ended up being late because there were no admin staff around). If the patient side of admin is a disappointing as it is, I would imagine it has a negative impact on the doctor's side as well. I think either a new management approach, or a new management team would go along way in solving the problems. It would be a shame for people to avoid accessing a fantastic physician because of administrative mismanagement.
