The service I received from the front desk lady named Ling Lang was very demeaning and harsh. I sent my daughter in on Tuesday January 16th to see her paediatrician but forgot her temporary health card. at home. This lady was so mean to us and turned us away even though I promised to call her the next day to provide the card number. I felt treated badly because we have been with the clinic for over 7 years but she treated us like a stranger. The service was harsh and had no human touch. She could have admitted us and contacted the ministry for the card number than frustrating us and making us feel bad.
