Please find a new receptionist. My daughter was 5 minutes late for an appointment and the nasty lady at the front told her she would have to reschedule. After my daughter put up a stink the nurse then came out and told her she could see her now. I have worked in healthcare my entire life and it annoys me to no end that this could ever happen. The receptionist is the first contact for a facility and if this is how you want to represent Vennix than good luck....

This is a great place. The doctor Lodhen is knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend anyone to go visit this place for their medical needs. Kamal Shah

The women the work the front desk/receptionists are probably the worst I have ever experienced. Incredibly unprofessional and very rude. Not very knowledgeable either.

I’m a new client with vennix , and am completely happy with my doctor ( Dr. Vahabi) BUT probably the worst front desk procedures I have ever come across (eg. may take 24 hours to respond to a phone message - no one ever seems to answer the phone) Whoever owns/manages this operation needs to look at procedures firstly and secondly how front desk staff respond to clients/patients

Was a patient of Dr. Lodhen and every time I went in with bad cough and breathing issues his answer to everything are puffers. NO! I repeatedly told him I am prone to bronchitis and again he says no it’s not bronchitis. There was another Dr. Filling in for him and same thing. I ended up going to a previous Dr. And sure enough I had bronchitis. I know my body and they kept misdiagnosing me. Terrible bedside manners and they don’t listen to when the patient is telling them how they feel. They think because they have a licence to practice medicine they can tell the patient what they are feeling. I had an awesome Dr. Before these quacks! He would hear you cough in the waiting room and knew exactly what was wrong and what kind of cough you had. Someone that is prone to bronchitis and pneumonia you don’t tell them it’s just a dry cough and give them puffers. I never take meds for anything so when I go to the dr’s it’s my last resort. They need to learn and appreciate their patients! So dissatisfied! When the secretary called me for an annual physical I told her everything and also said I’m not going back!!!

Staff are very unorganized. Never pick up phone. Forget to do referrals!!

Had an appointment with Dr Taheri on 26 th May and then received a phone call from the lovely secretary Dawn stating I was no longer a patient. ( While I was at work serving a customer)He could provide emergency care for 3 months from May 16th to June 23rd. Is that 3 months? . Not where I learned math. Refused to refill longterm necessary pain medication for ongoing chronic pain and Dawn advised me to go to a Methadone clinic????? Last place I would ever go. My husband is running out of medication too that is life threatening if he doesn't take it. No family Dr now. I agree with the other reviews. If there was no stars possible.....

The receptionist at this location is very unprofessional. She should not hold any position where she has to deal with the public. She has a total lack of social skills and demonstrates absolutely no sympathy or empathy. If she doesn't like her job, I am sure there are many others who would take her place. A doctor's office should be a place where people are treated with respect and dignity. No one should have to put up with a hostile, self defensive reception.

Compared to many of the antiquated and overburdened practices in New Tecumseth, I have found the team at Vennix to be very professional, couteous helpful. The physicians are more current and not pulled out of retirement to staff the clinic. Communicating at times requires patience, however, the interact with my pharmacy very well which I have experienced difficulty with at my Alliston clinic in the past.
