Excellent clinic and staff with great attention to detail.

I visited the clinic for a consultation regarding mole removal. Upon arrival, a technician greeted me and asked me to prepare for the procedure. Dr. Bailey arrived shortly after, briefly examined the area, and was ready to proceed with the removal immediately. Unfortunately, I was not given any information about potential risks, complications, or alternative options. Trusting the positive reviews I had read about Dr. Bailey, I naively assumed I would be informed of any important considerations. I went ahead with the procedure, expecting a smooth outcome. However, I developed significant scarring. At first, I believed it was part of the normal healing process, but I was never scheduled for a follow-up appointment, nor did anyone from the clinic check in with me. Six months later, with no improvement, I reached out to the clinic. Only then was I informed that the area had healed poorly and left permanent scarring. After seeking a second opinion from another dermatologist, I learned that the location where the mole was removed is known to be high-risk for scarring and that removal from this area is generally discouraged unless absolutely necessary. This was never communicated to me by the clinic. I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of information and follow-up care. I paid a significant amount of money expecting a cosmetically careful result, but instead, I’m left with permanent, disfiguring scars that could have been avoided with proper guidance.

Excellent facility and wonderful staff, from the moment you walk in to their very modern and stylish office you feel welcome. Dr Bailey has assembled an amazing group of ladies that obviously love what they do. From the ladies who welcome you at the front desk with whatever you need, to all the very skilled and lovely ladies doing their magic. Dr Bailey and Vanessa are an amazing team together, Shannon with the laser is a master at her craft! Amanda and Maria are your first introduction to FCP Dermatology and they are so very helpful and knowledgeable, they made my choice so easy. They all look like they're having so much fun at work. The location is convenient and easily accessible, parking is not an issue. I had a mini face-lift and some laser, I wish I had known this years ago...They truly work magic, the results are better than I had hoped. Really made you feel relaxed. I have been comparing clinics for a mole removal, reached out as i heard about FCP Dermatology and Dr. Bailey. I just wanted to emphasize the amazing service/conversation I had with their consultant Maria. Above and beyond the way she carried the conversation. This is exactly how customer service should be everywhere. Even though their location is a little pricier, I would trust their recommendations with any treatments i need based on my phone call with her alone and will proceed with them soon. Well done!

Hair loss runs in my family—my dad started balding at 20, and my brother followed at the same age. At 34, my hair has been thinning, and it’s become harder to cover up. After doing extensive research, I came across Dr. Kristy Bailey through Reddit. Although I considered traveling to Turkey for the procedure, I ultimately decided to stay in Toronto for the peace of mind of local follow-up care. Plus, I thought it would be better to act sooner than later to preserve my youthful look and maximize hair volume as I age. The consultation was smooth and informative. I started by calling to inquire about PRP treatment, and Maria was great to speak with—knowledgeable and no pressure at all. I booked an in-person consultation for the next day. The receptionists were friendly, and Maria went over everything in detail, showing me before-and-after photos. Dr. Bailey assessed my hair and even did a draw-over to map out my hairline. I was told I’d need about 2800 grafts, which was in line with what other clinics in Turkey had suggested. When it comes to pricing, I know hair transplants in Turkey or other countries might be cheaper, but I felt the extra cost in Toronto was absolutely worth it. With local care, I get high-quality, regulated medical practices, and the convenience of being nearby for any follow-ups. The value of staying local really stood out to me.

Dr. Kristy Bailey is really awesome. I’m glad I found her in Toronto. She knows exactly what she’s doing and makes everything look so natural. Love it. Great place and staff is courteous.

Knowledgeable Doctor, but long long wait times for referrals limited services for hair loss

The experience from beginning to end is perfection! I felt extremely welcomed the moment I walked in by the 2 beautiful girls at front desk and received amazing advice from Dr. Bailey herself. She is extremely kind and understanding-and of course, gorgeous! Can’t wait to return!
