The Welcare Centre

This medical clinic is only open 7 hours/day and 4 hours on Friday. If your own doctor isn't available, you're forced to go to an after hours clinic (if you can get an appointment), the ER or a walk-in clinic. Most clinics will try to get you in with another doctor in the same clinic; not Welcare. The front desk staff are curt and borderline rude. While I'm glad I have a doctor at Welcare, getting an appointment with her, can be an exercise in frustration.

The staff at the Wellcare central are caring, attentive, and proactive. They are quick to respond and are always ready to help. Dr. Stone is my GP and even though I travel a lot, I make sure to address my issues with her rather than walk-in clinics. I'm lucky to be a patient at the Wellcare Centre!

Dr Ng was absolutely awful. She referred me to an infamous homophobic surgeon at Paul Rudd Clinic who aggressively told me to pray away my sins as well as other awful comments . This was a very traumatic experience that happened to me so I told her my concerns and she ignored my comments and would immediately try to wrap things up if i asked to be referred to another specialist. The entire office is poorly organized as they misspelled my name on multiple letters. Do not go here. Its honestly not worth your time.
