Unless you are interested in botox, filler or cosmetic services ONLY, they will not see you. Poor care for patients when they already need to wait so long to see a dermatologist.

Entitled, disrespectful, and money hungry culture. There are so many other clinics that beat this one any day. Worst experience I had and will never be returning. Avoid at all costs.

Front desk staff were great. Dr. Cook is highly skilled and minimizes pain with fillers. Dr. Cook's assistant was great with distracting and speaking. Both of them made this experience much less stressful and pain was managed very well with numbing and Dr. Cook's reassurance. I see a big difference and the after pain is minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and her team.

Dr Cook is excellent but every time we are there for an appt the wait is over an hour to be seen and the front desk staff are unprofessional and unapologetic.

I had an appointment at this clinic with Dr. Annie Liu and she's is one of the most unpleasant doctors i've ever met in my life. All of the good reviews are because of Dr. Cook and Dr. Caroll.

I had an appointment for a skin condition, and was referred by my primary care doctor to this clinic. I saw Dr. Annie Lui - she was half an hour late, and she spent less than 10 minutes with me. I felt that she couldn't clear me fast enough - definitely left frustrated and unsatisfied with the treatment I got. I certainly will not be returning, nor will I recommend this clinic to anyone needing treatment.

My 16 year old had laser hair removal on her legs at Compass Dermatology. She ended up with burns on both legs (minor on one leg, major on the other) and 4 months later, she still has hypopigmentation scars on the back of one leg, from knee to ankle. So upset with Compass Dermatology’s services and very disappointed with their handling of the situation.

I love Compass Dermatology and believe it's the most comprehensive medi clinic for all your skin's needs in The GTA! The facility is pristine, The Doctors are brilliant and My Halo Results are Fabulous
