Surreal experience. Might as well rely on ER it may be hours wait but at least they exist. I starting to wonder if I made him up in my mind

Bad at answering phones and calling with medical results. Doctor is impatient and dismissive of patient experiences.

They takes ages to answer the phone, calls aren’t returned, they don’t return calls and I’m waiting 10 for a phone call from the doctor. I am being treated for breast cancer. The practice was so much better when doctor nerohna was there.

Wonderful staff doing what they can with so little for resources. Patients are having to wait out in the hallway of the mini mall due to lack of space in the waiting room. There is no patient privacy when checking in due to the reception window being next to the exit/entrance. The chairs are possibly the most uncomfortable chairs I have come across since my time in the CF back in the 80's at the MIR. People with back ailments are having difficulty sitting for any period of time, let alone in hard , uncomfortable chairs that cause more pain..... The Veterinarian's office ,next door has more seating room and is indicative of a proper waiting room. My 5 Cents...
