I have been a patient of Dr. Folkerson since she entered the practice and have found her compassionate, perceptive, and willing to consult. I can't praise her skills and manners enough.

Arbour Family Medicine will be holding a flu shot clinic at a location hosted by Ottawa Public Health, when and where will be announced soon on our website and our phone system does not mean Arbour Family Medicine will be holding a flu shot clinic. The website should have read go to your nearest drug store or public health clinic and get in line to get your flu shot. I also agree with the 'dragons at the gate' comment.

Highly recommend these Drs. Note that the receptionists are highly unlikely to be any sort of help. Do not trust the pharmacy downstairs, as they frequently lose track of refills and scheduled prescriptions.

I have always had a good, if not great, experience here. I have not had any problems with the reception staff or my appointments. Dr. Lalonde goes out of her way to check with my specialists to keep on top of my chronic conditions. Highly recommend them if there's a patient opening!

My doctor is great but the "Dragons at the gate" receptionists are something else. They are constantly turning over staff, messing up appointments and are generally unfriendly. A course in customer (patient ) relations is badly needed.
