The reception was excellent. The person, Suzanne, doing the echocardiogram had as much empathy and personality as a door.

I’ve been trying to call the orleans clinic since 4:30pm and no one answers I tried with the walk-in and family doctor by calling the 6138308388 ext 1 and ext 3 and no one answers even if it’s supposed to close at 5pm. The call centre which is the first point of contact should provide the service until closing time at her put on your website that you stop taking calls and providing services at 4:30 instead of 5pm

Absolutely the worst office staff, rude and uncaring. Waiting on hold on the phone 15 minutes or more only to be told you are unable to see your family doctor for 4-6 weeks, sometimes longer. Completely unacceptable service and no one will follow up on complaints.
