Worst doctors, both of them. Reviews are fake. Done by their friends and family. Even if you get appointment you wait for 45 min to an hour and as soon as the doctor is in the room they have hand in the door. Unless you go for spa services and botox etc. they treat you super as they make real $$ from you. Disgrace

Doctor nesseem is very kind and attentive but wait times are long and reception appointment booking is not efficient. At times even their voice mail box won’t take any more voice mails because their voice box is full. My experience and my mum’s is that their service is not up to standard.

Dr. Nesseem does not care about her clients. Every time I go in, I am rushed and she constantly tells me there are too many clients to see. She and her team need to get better at client care - stop overbooking and taking walk-ins. Book adequate time for each client so they can be heard and are not rushed. No appointment has been good - I feel like she barely listens to what I have to say. Extremely disappointing.

Always makes me feel he’s got all the time in the world for me. Very thorough. He was there for me all through my battles with cancer

Dr. Nesseem is very professional and always very considerate to me. Moreover, she also reminded me or recommended some checking necessary to make sure I am in good health. I am lucky to have her as my family doctor.

Haven’t had a good experience with the clinic and moved back to my Toronto clinic, because it was a better option. The nurses are lovely, Dr Naseem needs to work on client care ( my son has a raging fever and bc of Covid she couldn’t see him. No virtual appointment was provided and no one checked in. Perhaps my doctor is just amazing and goes above and beyond, but I was shocked that she didn’t check in on my 10 m old son).

Dr. Henein circumsized our son Jericho and did an awsome job!! He is very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him!!
