Was a patient under Dr Southey for many years then had a terrible car accident in April 2019 developed Aphasia was tested for several hours by Doctors Southey staff, confirmed I had Aphasia returned in about 2023 because of Covid! Dr Southey was then retired and all documents are gone! What’s going on!

An all-female practice with some great docs and staff. Free parking, pharmacy. social work and lab onsite, online booking - a rare find.

Always extremely late and some of the staff can be rude. Patient care is not good.

Receptionists are hired to represent the medical clinic. If they treat patients like they are taking too much of their time, are condescending or outright rude, thats on the management of the practice. If after several years of people commenting negatively nothing is done, seems like the practice wants it that way or maybe doesn't care. Of the receptionists I agree, Nancy stands out as friendly and has a warm personality. The others? Well...
