Dr Pellow is a caring and excellent physician. His reception staff are another story. One very cranky and bossy receptionist. The other is quite good.

I especially like Dr Aaron Pellow and his staff. My husband and I have confidence that we have the best care from them.

Sadly, it is now a 3 mos wait just to get telephone consult with Dr. Wong. She will be leaving this location soon for a shared family practice in Aurora where you will be taken care of by walk-in doctors when she is not there. Assuming that will be most of the time. Dr. Pellow is kind but is such a young doctor it seems he's figuring things out along with you. He has some to learn yet and does drop the ball on getting referrals done. Front staff are unhelpful to say the least.

The reception staff at this office are an absolute nightmare. Next to impossible to get to see Dr Wong before 6 weeks and then it’s only by telephone consult. So sad to see this office go down so terribly. Dr Pellow is a very young Dr - good with his Patientsbut referrals seem to get forgotten somehow and he has a lot to learn and is flying solo in this clinic.

The receptionists are absolutely terrible, I called in to refill my prescriptions (that I need to LIVE) and they told me to go to a walk-in clinic. Dr. Linda Wong has been my GP for my entire life.
