Dr ma has a habit of denying referrals and insisting on appointments instead of walk in clinics for continuity of care but then cancels appointments and tells you to book a month or more out for what could be occasionally serious problems. She seems really focused on the appointments that earn her the most money.

I'm a patient, and I've had nothing but excellent care a courteous professional services.

Doctors are great but the front staff are absolutely terrible. They clearly need to learn some bedside manner. I was late for our appointment because my son had a bathroom emergency, I tried explaining that and instead of trying to help me they turned us away without hesitation. I’m absolutely disgusted with how we were treated. They didn’t even attempt to speak to the doctor to see if they could fit us in if we waited. The only suggestion they had was that we rebook the appointment. There’s absolutely no compassion or empathy. As a single mom I have to take additional time off work and pull my child out of school for these appointments as it is. While I totally understand there are policies in place, there’s also circumstances that are beyond our control. We’ve been patients at this practice for years and have never missed or been late for an appointment so to say this was discouraging and disappointing that would be an understanderment. Parenting is stressful enough, and the staff at this clinic sure know how to make it even more stressful. I would steer clear of this clinic unless you have absolutely no other option.

So lucky to have a doctor's office that offers regular easy access after hours care! First time meeting Dr Pankewich tonight and he was everything one would want in a Doctor: kind, professional and and caring!
