The staff at the front desk are rude and completely disrespectful! I called in about my infants appointment to reschedule it, constantly got cut off when trying to ask a simple question, wasn’t given an answer multiple times, was told to “calm down and stop yelling” when I wasn’t yelling and then transferred to a different girl at the front desk who was also extremely rude and disrespectful!! The doctors are good but they need to get new front desk staff! All the front desk staff are rude and disrespectful!! Definitely considering finding a new doctor for myself and my son all because of the disrespect I constantly receive from the front desk staff!! I WILL be discussing this with my doctor tomorrow!! I’m sick of these people disrespecting myself and my son!!

My experience with the doctors and staff at this clinic have always been positive- but their office is a total mess and really cluttered. Even if it is clean, all of the junk lying around makes it feel unclean. I continue to use this medical centre, but I really wish they would cleanup some of the clutter - it would make me feel more at-ease about the cleanliness of the centre. Also I think it says a lot about the staff if they have pride in keeping their clinic tidy and organized.

Nice receptionists they are very friendly and helpful
