I had called earlier this week to make an appointment for my husband. When the receptionist asked me what the appointment is for I told her my husband may have poylops again, she asked the location of it. I told her and she sort of laughed and said oh you mean hemorrhoids. I very strongly said no! Since poylops and hemorrhoids are two totally different things. My question is since when does a receptionist have the bloody right to diagnose! No use complaining to the doctors about it. I really don’t think they do anything about.

this clinic is going downhill. my daughter was refused healthcare and i was told to bring her to the hospital for a non-emergent situation and to possibly spread a contagious viral infection.

They don’t even deserve one star. I heard today that they would not see a child who may or may not have had the chicken pox. They told the parent to take the child to the hospital, where she could have infected a lot of people. At the clinic they could have and should have put her into a room right away. Also after a few phone calls everyone who was spoken to said number one no doctor should ever turn away a patient. Secondly telling them to go to the hospital where more people could have been infected was stupid on there part. Bottom line is this clinic has been going down hill for a long time. Unfortunately I have a doctor there, and hopefully not for much longer.

I used to like the doctor that was here, but since getting the new doctor I hate this place. I ask for a phone appointment the doctor will call once, and tell you to reschedule in the voice message, and you’d be lucky if he even calls you, as a couple of months ago I had a phone consult for my baby boy, doctor never called me. How about you try calling the patient again as opposed to a one and done. Like my old doctor would call, wait 5 minutes then try calling again. You can’t just assume to call once and you did your job. The only reason I request phone appointments is because I live over an hour away. If I had know sooner that my family doctor was going to retire and that the new doctor was going to be so lazy I would have looked for a doctor closer to me. Also the fact the doctor doesn’t (I’m my opinion) do proper baby checks, as he doesn’t measure my babies height, head, rarely wants to check his weight. Not happy in the least with this place.

staff here are very rude especially at the front desk, they talk to you like your an idiot, i recommend going someplace else

They screw up a phone appointment and don’t even have the respect for there patients just leave you hanging waiting for a call that wasn’t coming thanks for wasting my afternoon.

new location SUCKS. GO BACK!!! you have to fight for parking!! is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Phone lines continuously busy from open to close. Have to walk in to make an appointment.

too many patients not enough doctors. You can’t get in to see anyone for weeks. The receptionist tell you to come in on a walk-in day just to turn you down and say they are over booked. Better to go somewhere else and save yourself the stress!
