Dawson Road Family Medical Clinic

My family have been having issues getting appointments with the receptionist Madeline, yesterday my daughter was having mental health issues and she said we had to wait till September 15th, to see doctor Tapp, this is terrible I have made several complaints about this women and she continues to tell me there’s never any appts held in the mornings incase of emergency witch I was told, we have had no other issues with other receptionist other than Madeline, such a shame we have to put up with this and such a danger for the patients that need to be seen asap

Unorganized and careless operation... This clinic does not benefit the consumer.. worst service in town. Can't even get ahold of your own Doctor to get prescription.. The office can't even hold of your doctor. It's sad when your Doctor works one day a week and there is no one else in the building that knows how to do his job ? It's pretty sad to see the lack of care and questions our medical system.. pathetic is the word.

Dr. Dason is an excellent doctor as is Nurse Margaret.

Parking fees should be waived or make it free for 30 minutes. Sometimes it is not reasonable to pay all the time so I try to keep our family's appointments on the same day to make it worth the parking fee.
