Dr Jack is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, not a pill pusher, great bedside manner, caring and absolutely the best GP I have ever had. 16 yrs of his care & I NEVER want to change Family Physician.

I have a sister who was not properly diagnosed and ended up in the hospital with a pneumonia being on oxygen and later diagnosed with COPD. Another sister who is being treated with COPD, on oxygen, and has been taking opioids for years and is now addicted. A nephew who was prescribed morphine for fibromyalgia and resulted in fatal events. And now my sister’s grandson misdiagnosed for hand foot & mouth virus. All the info I have given is of serious concern !!!!
