It’s a shame because the only ones suffering are the doctors that work here. But the people behind the desk are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have come across. It took me 2 weeks ( 3 emails and 2 calls) to book an appointment with my family doctor. 2 weeks to make an appointment. I left my old family doctor because the front desk was bad (at least I thought so) I regret my decision. I really like my family doctor but getting an appointment should not take 2 weeks… you can’t get ahold of anyone, when you do they are so rude and blow you off. I feel bad for the good doctors that are working at this clinic because I’m looking for a new family doctor again because it’s basically as if I don’t even have a family doctor at this point. I’m not sure if the doctors realize how bad the front desk people are. However, if they don’t and they are reading this I would take your practice somewhere else. And this is coming from an educated person who understands people get busy, stressed etc at work but it’s bad and no excuse to treat people the way they do.

This is a dirty place... the toilet doors are covered in black fingerprints around the handles, toilet roll and wet patches of pee on the floor are common in the washrooms, patients sit for hours on cheap Ikea chairs that have seen better days, and there are dirty marks o the floors and walls in the waiting room. The walk-in service is comparable to a cattle market where people wait for up to three hours to see a doctor, and the receptionists are unprofessional and rude. I have witnessed several people being spoken down to, dismissed like children, and sarcastically made to look stupid in front of other patients by the receptionists...who trained these individuals? The social media of this business is non existent, communication is dreadful, and the website contains grammar mistakes, opening times are contadictary, and sometimes written in upper case as though they are angry at patients. In addition , they have a telephone number that no one bothers to answer...why is someone not employed to just answer the phone? Overall, if they can't be bothered to address the negative feedback they receive, and remain sloppy in the areas mentioned by myself and other people, how can they be trusted to take care of people's health? This establishment is a ticking time bomb where the healthcare of patients is precarious at best. I am surprised there has not been any investigations by The Royal College of Surgeons, or Ontario Health.

While dr Skeete is a wonderful doctor, the staff at the front desk is awful, very disrespectful, rude and shouldn't be in that field especially the Indian lady and Justin. I am going to find a new family doctor

Receptions are so bad it affected my health. They argued with me and gaslit me to the point that I lost my doctor. Every single review everywhere will confirm how bad they are, but I'm the only one suffering. So bad.

I left my family doctor due to negligence and came here, as this place was closer to my home. I have regretted my decision ever since. It's nearly impossible to get through, as nobody answers the phones and I have found my medical care somewhat lacking. I feel like I am not being heard and the admin staff are absolutely useless. I will be looking elsewhere for medical care.

This place should be investigated re its mefical components. Looks like several businesses under one management and services are not reliable. My doctor is goid but communicatiom is extremely poor, dont know who controls things. It is not service oriented , it operates like a vending machine , "you are lucky if your money does mot get stuck " kind of feeling you get when uou try to vontact your own doctor.

The front desk staff are far the worst I have ever encounter, first they never pick up the phone, then if you are lucky enough, they never seem to be able to help you. Due to this unfortunate problem I will be seeking a new family Doctor.
