Ridiculous management of time of patients. Book appointment and have to wait more than 1.5 hr before being called.

The doctors here are good, but the reception is on another level of bad. They are not at all accommodating unless you fight with them to do their job, they will lie to you about prescriptions being filled and try and make you feel as if it is your fault when you call them out on it, and they routinely do not answer their phones during working hours. They almost always have a bad attitude and will talk over you a lot, if you want to be heard you basically have to yell over their constant interruptions. They are less than helpful and often cause unnecessary, completely avoidable, problems, I've never had such bad experiences with reception, in any capacity not just health care, than at this doctors office.

I have been a patient for over 40 years. I love my family doctor and the doctor before him that retired. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Has to be the worse hospital. I'll never go back there again. Gave them numerous chances and has just gotten worse. Went in for big blood clot 2 years ago and this week in their emerg.. Same "who gives a s__t attitide" even tho my doctor told me to go ASAP. HAD TO GO TO TORONTO WESTERN AND TORONTO GENERAL TO GET REAL TREATMENT. I blame their board for hiring these uncaring, woke people. Never again.

Do not ever use their XRay services!!! Making appointment is a trouble, they do not provide options, only one day (1-2 time slots) available. After coming on time for the appointment you have to sit around 1 hour and wait. There is no order for patience to be served: my paper was lost somewhere and I was late for all my appointments after. Nobody even say a word of sorry about a situation! If you can - use any other xray location in the city!!

Hello I have been a patient with east mall medical for over 40 years with Dr Nandy When Dr Nandy retired, we received a new doctor johan I’m at them twice with appointments with no problems with the doctor patient complaint During and after COVID-19 I’ve been trying to get an appointment with the reception to have the doctor call me phone, text, email, with no response till this day I have lost my respect for the new doctors who are picking and choosing their patients I feel he’s refusing to return my calls due to the colour of my skin doctor, Johan if you’re reading this thanks for nothing.

Every time I have to book an appointment with my family doctor , I have issues with the receptionists. They are highly unprofessional and rude. Yesterday I called (after being in emergency all day) just to ask her to tell my doctor to call me, since the huge blood clot in my leg was unable to walk. She said can't understand your mumbling and hung up on me. I love my doctor but the receptionists must work on theirs attitude and do their job with respect and professional way. The worst clinic ever. They should not at all work in health care.

Have not seen my doctor in person since Covid. I tried to book an in person appointment and I was faced with the most unpleasant and uncomfortable attempt to book an appointment. The attendant was abrupt, rude and dismissive. When I asked her name she mumbled something and then I asked for spelling and I was told several time that she is not payed for spelling and her name is exact what it sounds. I did record the call, her name was Esmeralda, whatever …if spelling is correct or not. Simply she is not up to her job, and hope her managers are recording her phone calls in order to assess her performance. Absolutely unacceptable, zero work etiquette. I am a patient for over 25 years here, never got this unpleasant experience. Time for someone to react and properly choose the employees for this job.

It has become extremely time consuming to make an appointment over the phone for a non routine appointment. Often wait times reach or exceed an hour before you get through. They need more receptionists with each one dealing with a smaller group of doctors in order to reduce the wait time, and to exhibit a little more respect for patients and their valuable time.

Dr Juggloff is an excellent Doctor, have been a patient for over 20 years. If your Dr is unavailable the clinic ensures that you are able to see another physician. Walk in appointments available on weekends as well!
