Excellent care from reception to nurse practitioners and physicians.

I have been a patient at Carp for over thirty years. I don't know what has happened in the last 5 months. NO ONE picks up the phone at all!! I have tried repeatedly to call and it goes straight to music. I don't have time to be on the phone for 30 minutes and still have no one pick up. I had to physically gone in to make an appointment only to have the receptionist bark at me about being short staffed!! You know that sign on the wall about not tolerating abuse, It goes both ways!! Needless to say, I am trying very hard to find another health center.
