Chronically understaffed, impossible to make an appointment.

phones are impossible!!!!! terrible. and there is no sense having pomelo if they wont leave you a message on it, they call and tell you to call, oh yeah!! tried and tried, nobody has hours to keep calling. A busy medical facility has to do much better than this.

Doctor J. Wronzberg is amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer concerns, you never feel rushed.

you cannot get them by phone at any point, its terrible....not enough staff???? whats the problem? Noticed this change in service start to happen about 3-4 years ago. My doctor, however, is amazing, kind, knowledgeable, supportive.

Can't get through by phone to book an apt with my doctor, (Thomas) . this never happened when Dr. McMeeken was there. Clinic has gone down hill since the staff change-over several years ago.

It takes hours to get a 10 minute appointment. The reception is horrible and you can barely get a call through

Need more phone lines or staff either busy or we are experiencing a high volume of calls your call is important to us and the next available agent will be with learned this from repetition

Amazing service, always welcomed, staff is very helpful and friendly

One stop shopping. Can be seen within the same day. Can be seen by 24 hour on call often saving a trip to the Emerg.
