Dr Haifa is very good and courteous doctor. She listens and try it’s best to calm her patients. One of the best doctor I have witnessed in my life

Dr. Germano is a good doctor. However, his receptionist is awful. I had an appointment at 9:30am and drove in from Guelph only to be told she’s been trying to call me but they must have an old number on file. Dr. Germano wasn’t at the clinic and she said I could come back at 3pm. I explained they did not work for me and that I needed to see a doctor straight away as I have strep throat and can barely swallow (feels like swallowing glass). I had already waiting a few days to get in to see him. I asked her if, because Dr. Germano was not in as scheduled (again I had a scheduled appointment with him but and they couldn’t reach me to alert me to change it), could I please see another doctor at the clinic. She would not even ask if they would see me, and told me they have their own patients, and also that Dr. Germano is no longer a part of the team. I told her if another doctor could not see me, that I would go to a walk-in clinic as I am in excruciating pain and need antibiotics. She proceeded to tell me that as Dr. germano’s patient I am not permitted to go to a walk-in clinic. She had absolutely no sympathy and instead of helping me, argued with me and made the situation out to be my fault. I am in the business of helping people, and when I go to my family doctor for a previously scheduled appointment, I expect to be treated with respect and care. I told the receptionist I would call later that afternoon to speak to Dr. Germano myself and she told me he doesn’t speak to patients over the phone. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a family doctor’s office.

Dr Camelia Singh has always been super nice, however her reception staff rarely answer the phone. It can be days of calling before you get anything but the same answering machine message telling you not to leave a message because it won't be responded to. You never know if they are on holidays or just ignoring phone calls, and if you get through, she is less than pleasant that she has to talk on the phone.

Nice place and Dr Camelia Singh seems very knowledgeable.

Waiting an hour and a half for the walk in clinic..... I had 6 people in front of me. This is why i never come to the doctor.

After going to some other walk-in clinics in the area that were terrible, delta was a welcome relief. Dr. Singh took the time to help me and followed up later. The building and facility is clean and well maintained. Overall a great doctors office.

Everytime i visit my doctor in there she has no idea who i am or why iam there. I feel there are too many patients there to get decent care. I have been diagnosed differently each time i have been there, for the same illness. I was perscribed drugs for an illness i dont even have! I will never go back there.

Great staff, friendly and competent. I would suggest this clinic to anybody needing a new doctor.
