Dr. Liang Ying Liao

In an environment where you are faced with the reality of severe shortages, does it even matter to most what people comment? In my humble opinion is that yes it should matter and yes I would keep looking. There is a reason for the rating.

My elderly parents have experienced nothing but grief from this doctor. Despite the fact that they had an "appointment" they were always subject to waiting for sometimes four hours after their "appointment ". He is rude and very short with them. Yes there may be a doctor shortage, but unless you are extremely desperate, go to a walk-in clinic or emerg and wait there.
