This doctors office does not care about your family. This incompetent office failed to fax a script to the pharmacy Thursday at 3 PM the day before Good Friday. The consequences was such that a little baby with an infection had to suffer. The pharmacist stayed till 8:30 PM waiting for the fax.(Shout out to Costco's staff, thank you) Doctors are sworn to an oath called the Hippocratic Oath and I quote. "To succour their patients and to keep them from harm and injustice. This staff in this office must be using the hypocrite oath. You can never get an appointment when your sick and need one, "I'm sick today, "we have an appointment available a week from Tuesday, will that work? What a failure as a physician's office. Try to call the office...just try. If you have NO family doctor this is a better option then the black magic practitioner up the road, but if your looking for a family physician BE WARNED AND KEEP LOOKING. The only reason in my opinion this office even has patients is because there is a shortage of family doctors in the Barrie area, I'd bet if they did a survey most people would choose to leave if there was another option. I know we would!

Takes a long time to get appointment, in and out quick when you get one after waiting up to 3 weeks to see a doctor.

Just trying to make an appointment is painful. I would never recommend this clinic.
