Very rude telephone response. Receptionists have no manners to deal with patients in distress. Doctors are very irresponsible, under qualified and careless to conclude a final diagnosis. I am going to report all the disgraceful and disgusting behavior of the doctors and the auxiliary staff to the Federal and provincial Ministry of Health as well as Ontario college of Physicians and Sugeons.

Even though it was a bit of a wait the service provided by the Reception, Kelly, Megan and Dr. Swan was exceptional and will return when/if required. Keep up the good work.

Never come to this post place. Waiting time is well over one hour and they don't have enough people working here.
