Dr. AnneMarie Pegg almost lost her medical license due to treating a patient whose husband she was having an affair with. Willingly knowing the patient was the wife of the man she was seeing. Let this poor woman pour her heart out about her situation with her husband. Then Dr. Pegg counselled this woman knowing she was catching a flight 5 hours later to meet the woman’s husband. Before Dr.Pegg got on her flight she medicated this patient for her mental health. When a formal complaint was made after the patient found out while in the hospital that her Dr was the woman her husband was having the affair with Dr. Pegg admitted in front of the board that she in fact did meet the patients husband after treating her. Great Dr my ass! She violated this patient rights. She knew damn well what she was doing and used her medical title for her own personal gain. What kind of doctor does that?! Not one the NWT wants as their new territorial medical director. Just Saying! 🤷‍♀️
