Not impressed. You should be able to communicate and explain things thoroughly to child patients (or at least the parents) if you work with children every single day. DR was in a big rush to get the appointment over with. She needs a reality check, dont work with kids if you arent happy to do so. Saucy staff as well, I didnt appreciate hearing them gossiping about non work related issues.

Do not go to this clinic. Ava is amazing but Ghiabi has no business being around children. She is impatient, rude, and very aggressive. She wiped my daughter's Bindi off her forehead pretending she didn't know what it was (I was also whering one along with wrapped hair), she was very quick to raise her voice and grab at my child when she was scared, she wrongly charged me, and lied on the record saying if I wasn't there the work would of got done! False, if I wasnt there, my daughter would of been strapped down, traumatised and she wouldnt of gotten nearly as much done! .... Me an Ava were the only ones being sweet to her (each time we were it calmed her down) and Ghiabi didn't have the patience or nature to do the same. I work with children and know first hand that Ghiabi's behaviour is both unprofessional, harmful and disgusting. Do not leave your child behind closed doors with this woman.

Dr. Negin Ghiabi helped both of my young children with cavities. I was really nervous before hand but actually had a fantastic experience with both children. The receptionists are very open to answering all questions. Ava, the dental assistant, was outstanding and made my children feel totally comfortable. Parents are asked to wait outside--but you are welcome to come and check in anytime. My children didn't seem in distress at all. Thank you Dr. Ghiabi and team at Pinnacle Dental Specialists.

Please never take your children here. They may claim to be kid friendly. They are horrible.

Review for Dr. Edmond Ghiabi. My 2.5 year old daughter was referred to him for a tongue tie. Not only did he get my husband to leave before the procedure while she was already terrified and panicking, he did not seem to wait long enough for the sedation to kick in. She was screaming the entire time. He then did not give my husband any directions for aftercare and when I called him the next business day to tell him that I was unimpressed with his work on my daughter, he was dismissive and unapologetic before hanging up.

Dr. Negin Ghiabi, Pediatric Dentist, did not have good beside manner when I brought my son in today. She and her dental assistant were negating the fact that he was in pain after the procedure and asked why he didnt say anything. I said he was scared to and they seemed annoyed. I expected more empathy for children's experiences at a pediatric dentist. I almost lost my temper at the situation and am really disappointed in their behavior.
